One of the many times that stands out for me was when a Labor & Industry inspection occurred sooner than we anticipated. On that occasion you sent Tom Keller, the chief architect, to ensure that an approved plan was in his hands and brought back the following day for the on-site inspection. I am sure that most contractors would have either used the mail, or sent a "helper" for this task, and possibly not have been successful in securing the Occupancy Permit.
